Delightful!! Light and flaky texture, we could eat these all day. The sweetness is perfectly complimented by a hint of rosemary. Would make an elegant gift for someone who is gluten-free, or not gluten-free!

The shortbread is my daughter’s absolute fave SunOven treat (and she’s not normally a rosemary fan). I took most of this shortbread order to an event and cut each piece into four smaller pieces. Everyone loved them.
