Cinnamon rolls: Organic Brown Rice Flour, Purified Water, Organic Tapioca, Organic Potato Starch, Organic Coconut Oil, Sugar, Cinnamon, Brown Sugar, Organic Flax Meal, Non-GMO Baking Powder, Organic Sea Salt, Dry Active Yeast, Xanthan Gum, Baking Soda
Icing: Powdered Sugar & Water
Storage
Baked cinnamon rolls can be stored in an air tight container in the refrigerator for 4 days. Take & Bake cinnamon rolls, keep frozen until ready to bake. Then preheat oven to 350, take cinnamon rolls out of freezer, place on parchment paper, bake for 10-15 minutes until light brown.

I discovered SunOven bakery while on vacation in CA in November. I tasted a number of their delicious GF treats and fell in love with the cinnamon rolls. When I returned to Boston area couldn’t wait to order them but concerned they wouldn’t travel well. What a delightful surprise! I am NEVER disappointed with these cinnamon rolls! Sun Oven is always consistent and delicious. I ordered online(which was SO easy and pleasant) and pick up the next day was a breeze.
