Purified Water, Organic Buckwheat Flour, Organic Tapioca Flour, Organic Brown Rice Flour, Organic Potato Starch, Organic Safflower Oil, Organic Flax Meal, Organic Cane Sugar, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum & Active Yeast
Storage
Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months. If frozen, place slices in pre-heated oven, 300°, until warmed through, grill or toast!

Buckwheat loaf is delicious. Great toasted with vegan mayonnaise, avocado, tomato slices and topped with sauerkraut.
Best tasting gluten free bagette that I've had. However, the sodium content is too high for me to eat on a regular basis.
Surprisingly authentic, this baguette had a light, springy inside and nice crust. Great flavor!
