Purified Water, Organic Buckwheat Flour, Organic Tapioca Flour, Organic Brown Rice Flour, Organic Potato Starch, Organic Safflower Oil, Organic Flax Meal, Organic Cane Sugar, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum & Active Yeast
Storage
Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months. If frozen, place slices in pre-heated oven, 300°, until warmed through, grill or toast!

I love, love, love the bread!
We’ve been eating SunOven bread since they first launched in 2014. (Full disclaimer - it’s my friend’s bakery.) We love it! It keeps beautifully in the freezer and we toast a couple of pieces at a time. (Toast it lightly and it’s soft and pliable for sandwiches. A little longer and it’s perfect toast). Even my non-gf family members enjoy it! And we’ve sent it to our family with Celiac and they really like it too. Personally I love that it’s gf *and* vegan and still tastes so good. I highly recommend!
We love sun oven’s buckwheat based bread. I comes ready-sliced. We keep it in the freezer. We just toast the bread every morning. It is a perfect slightly nutty slightly sour flavor. It is perfect with good quality butter and marmalade. Out whole family loves it. Great with avocado toast too. So hard to get a decent gluten free loaf. Most of them have white rice as the main ingredient. That does not work for us. It is bland and cakey!
I placed this order for my mother-in-law who has Celiac disease. She - and my nephew who lives near her and also has Celiac - love the caraway seed bread (available as a special order by asking for a caraway seed in the notes at checkout). She used to love rye bread and it’s a treat to have a GF replacement.
Was easy to buy the bread online and also easy to pick it up in the adorable dress shop next to their kitchen in Ojai.

The buckwheat loaf has a nice texture and flavor. It’s now my go-to gluten free bread. It checks all the boxes for organic, gf, vegan, corn and soy free.
Yum. It is so nice to have a gluten free baker in our town. The sourdough bread is exceptional as well; tender on the inside and crusty and chewy on the outside
Whenever I need a snack I pop a few slices in the toaster and I am inspired to eat something healthy. Great with tea!!
