Our buckwheat loaves are soft, delicious and nutritious. They make perfect sandwiches, toasts, bread crumbs, croutons and more.
Each Buckwheat loaf comes pre-sliced, about 16 slices.
Caraway Seed loaves (gluten free rye) is available, leave a note at check-out.
Ingredients:
Purified Water, Organic Buckwheat Flour, Organic Tapioca Flour, Organic Brown Rice Flour, Organic Potato Starch, Organic Safflower Oil, Organic Flax Meal, Organic Cane Sugar, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum & Active Yeast
Storage and Handling
Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.
To Warm
Place in 300⁰ oven until warmed through, grill or toast!
